My name is Jessica Seitz, I am a mom of 3 beautiful girls, aged 5, 3 and 5 months. My husband and I have been married 7 years and every year we just get more and more excited to spend forever together. I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and LOVE to exercise every day. My husband and I love to do everything together, including boating, camping, watching movies, cooking and going on vacations. I love all things Disney! If I could live in one of the Disney Parks I would, I love it that much! My poor husband has to put up with my Disney addiction and our house decorated in all things Disney. I am a full-time employee where I work in the cardiac rehabilitation center for our local hospital. I love interacting with patients and helping them get better after their heart attacks. My life is crazy, but so much fun! Sometimes we wonder why we even have a house because we are not home very often hahaha. I love to dress in 50’s style dresses and have a closet full of them! Sometimes I wonder if I grew up in the wrong era hahaha. I love life and want to make the most of it every single day. Life is too short to watch it go by and miss out on everything that is has to offer. I wanted to start blogging because all day I have tons of things running through my mind. I love helping people and thought that maybe I have some ideas that would help others too. It seems to make the journey of life a little easier knowing that others have the same problems and interests.
