Easy and Delicious Pumpkin Dessert

This dessert is the best I have ever tasted! Not to mention, it’s one of the easiest too!

  • 1 late can pureed pumpkin
  • 1 12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix these 8 ingredients well and pour into a 9×13 pan. This mixture should be very runny!

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Mix together and sprinkle on top of your pumpkin mixture. You’ll want to cut the butter into the cake mix so that it looks like a crumble.

Bake at 350 for at least an hour. Make sure that the middle is not jiggly. It needs to be firm. Serve with whipped cream. You can serve it warm or cooled.
